    TForce Intermittent Performance Issues

    TForce is reporting intermittent performance issues with its APIs due to what it classifies as an unusually high volume of requests. During instances when TForce's API performance is degraded, Eniture Technology products may be unable to present TForce shipping rate estimates on the checkout pages of all supported e-commerce platforms.

    System-wide outage with TForce Freight’s online rating API

    TForce Freight experienced a system-wide outage that disrupted online rating services across all connected platforms. During this time, rate requests could not be processed, impacting integrations and checkout experiences relying on TForce APIs.

    Resolved - Apr 29, 2026 – 12:10 PM
    The issue was identified and actively addressed by TForce’s IT team, with updates communicated through their support channels. Service was fully restored within approximately one hour, and normal rating functionality resumed without requiring any action from users or integration partners.

    Central Transport API Issues

    Central Transport is experiencing API latency and timeout issues. The impact is intermittent. Customers using an Eniture Technology product that relies on an integration with Central Transport may experience cases where a shipping rate estimate isn't available, or a Bill Of Lading can't be produced. Central Transport hasn't provided an ETA for resolution. We will continue to monitor the situation.

    Eniture's Central Transport API logs show the timeout issue has been resolved. No latency issues have been observed after April 7 at 1:21 PM EST.

    CH Robinson API CustomerCode Errors

    The CH Robinson API is currently returning the error "Invalid customerCode" for all customer credentials. All Eniture Technology products that rely on the CH Robinson API integration are impacted, and shipping rates may not be returned as a result.

    The issue was first observed at approximately 12:56 PM EDT on March 26, 2026, and remains ongoing. We are working with CH Robinson to determine the cause and will share updates as more information becomes available.

    Resolved - `March 27, 2026 | 8:56 AM EDT

    The CH Robinson API is now operational and the issue causing the "Invalid customerCode" response has been resolved. Shipping rates are being returned as expected for all Eniture Technology products using the CH Robinson integration.

    This issue was resolved at approximately 8:56 AM EDT on March 27, 2026. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure stability.`
