    Day & Ross REST API Connections

    February 9, 2026 - 12:30 AM EDT

    On March 9, Day & Ross deprecated its SOAP API and launched its RESTful API. The RESTful API credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) of some Day & Ross customers are not authenticating in the RESTful API production environment. Merchants using Eniture Technology's products for Day & Ross will see the error message "UNKNOWN ERROR" when testing the connection if their RESTful API credentials aren't authenticating in the Day & Ross production environment. Day & Ross has been notified. However, customers encountering this issue should contact Day & Ross to verify that their RESTful API (Client ID and Client Secret) credentials are enabled for the production environment.
