  CH Robinson API CustomerCode Errors

  The CH Robinson API is currently returning the error "Invalid customerCode" for all customer credentials. All Eniture Technology products that rely on the CH Robinson API integration are impacted, and shipping rates may not be returned as a result.
  
  The issue was first observed at approximately 12:56 PM EDT on March 26, 2026, and remains ongoing. We are working with CH Robinson to determine the cause and will share updates as more information becomes available.

  The CH Robinson API is now operational and the issue causing the "Invalid customerCode" response has been resolved. Shipping rates are being returned as expected for all Eniture Technology products using the CH Robinson integration.
  
  This issue was resolved at approximately 8:56 AM EDT on March 27, 2026. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure stability.`

  Day & Ross REST API Connections

  March 9, 2026 - 12:30 AM EDT
  
  On March 9, Day & Ross deprecated its SOAP API and launched its RESTful API. All Day & Ross customers were migrated. Since the migration, Day & Ross has been returning the error "Unable to rate shipment, please contact customer service at 866-329-7677" to all rate requests submitted to its API. Day & Ross has been notified of the issue. All Eniture Technology customers using one its products specific to Day & Ross are impacted. When testing the Day & Ross API connection in one of Eniture Technology's products, customers will see the error described, or "UNKNOWN ERROR."

  The error "Unable to rate shipment, please contact customer service at 866-329-7677" returned by Day & Ross is a result of the customer-specific pricing loaded into its system. The error is returned when pricing is missing for the shipment origin used in the rate request. Day & Ross customers who encounter this error should contact Day & Ross to request that pricing for the desired shipment origin be loaded into its system. Customers migrating from Day & Ross's SOAP API to its new RESTful API may encounter this error, whereas they previously did not. This may happen if Day & Ross fails to migrate a customer's complete pricing profile from its old to its new system.
