    AWS Operational Issues

    AWS (Amazon Web Services) is reporting "Operational Issues". The issues were first reported at 3:11 AM EDT on October 20. AWS's operational issues are causing intermittent disruptions to all of Eniture Technology's products.

    FreightDesk Online is operating normally. All Eniture Technology products are operating normally. However, AWS has not yet confirmed that its "Operational Issues" have been fully resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation.

    As of approximately 7:00 AM EDT, AWS appears to have recovered sufficiently that all Eniture Technology products have returned to normal operation, except for FreightDesk Online. FreightDesk Online continues to be impacted by the AWS operational issues.

    Worldwide Express Legacy API Deprecated

    October 18, 2025 / 12:00 AM EDT
    Worldwide Express deprecated its "Legacy API". Eniture Technology products that are connected to Worldwide Express accounts via its "Legacy API" are no longer successful in retrieving real-time shipping quotes or producing shipments. All Eniture Technology products have the option to connect to Worldwide Express's "New API". Merchants and users needing to reconnect via Worldwide Express's "New API" need to obtain their Client ID and Client Secret from Worldwide Express by contacting their sales representative, account manager, or by emailing integration@wwex.com. If emailing integration@wwex.com, include the Worldwide Expresss or Unishippers account number in the subject line and body of the message.

    FedEx has announced a four maintenance window for its APIs beginning at 8:00 PM EST on Saturday, October 18. During the maintenance window, the FedEx APIs will be unavailable. All Eniture Technology products that rely on the FedEx APIs for quoting or shipment processing will be impacted.
