  An update to the web services that power the Worldwide Express Small Package Quotes application is resulting in a date format error. The update is affecting Magento, Shopify, and Woocommerce merchants. The cause of the issue has been identified. A resolution is expected by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

  Resolved - The web services issue has been resolved and merchants using the Worldwide Express Small Package Quotes application are receiving quotes. If you perform iterative testing, be sure to clear your cache or change the address or contents of the cart to make sure you aren't retrieving a cached result.

  The Speedship API and Speedship 2.0 are scheduled for planned maintenance that will involve an outage on Saturday, 2/29/20, at 2:00 AM CST and ending at 6:00 AM CST

  Quoting apps for Shopify aren't responsive

  All Small Package Quotes and LTL Freight Quotes apps for Shopify are experiencing problems. When attempting to access the app preferences from the Shopify Admin area, the pages fail to load. Our traffic logs show some successful transactions when a quote is requested, but volume of transactions is lower than expected. It is unclear how extensive the impact of the issue is. Magento and Wordpress customers are not impacted by this issue.

  Resolved - The issue has been resolved. Shopify Small Package Quotes and LTL Freight Quotes apps are operating normally.

  Worldwide Express Web Services (API) will be offline for maintenance

  Worldwide Express announced that it will have its servers offline Saturday 01/18/2020 between 2 AM and 6 AM CST for maintenance. During the maintenance window, the Worldwide Express variants of the Small Package Quotes and LTL Freight Quotes plugins for Magento, Prestashop, Shopify, and Woocommerce will not be able to retrieve shipping quotes.

  ESTES Web Services Not Responsive

  The ESTES web service is not responding to rate requests. Shopify and Woocommerce merchants that use the Estes LTL Freight Quotes app/plugin are affected.

  Resolved - The ESTES Web Services are stable.

  Servers will be offline for routine maintenance

  The Eniture servers will be offline for routine maintenance. The maintenance window is projected to be 3:15 AM Eastern Time to 4:00 AM Eastern Time.

  Resolved - The server maintenance has completed. The servers are back online. All applications for all e-commerce platforms are operating normally.

  Resolved - No issues were witnessed during the monitoring period.

  Investigating - Investigating reports from some merchants that they are not receiving FedEx parcel rates from the FedEx Small Package Quotes app for Shopify. The issue has been confirmed for the stores reporting the issue, but the root cause has not yet been identified.

  ODFL LTL Freight Quotes plugin is not receiving shipping estimates.

  Merchants using the ODFL LTL Freight Quotes plugin for Shopify or Woocommerce are not receiving shipping estimates from Old Dominion Freight Lines.

  Resolved - ODFL API Servers back online. Issue resolved.

  Investigating - Contacted ODFL Customer Service and confirmed that they are having an issue with their API Servers. No ETA for a resolution was available. Was instructed that they are working on it and will be getting the API Servers back online as soon as possible.
