    XPO's API is offline as of 9:27 AM EDT. All integrations in Eniture Technology products that rely on XPO's API are impacted. During the outage, quotes for XPO will not be presented during checkout on BigCommerce, Shopify, or WooCommerce stores. FreightDesk Online users will not be able to create shipments using XPO as the LTL freight provider.

    XPO's API is online. All Eniture Technology products that rely on the XPO API have returned to normal operation.

    The Worldwide Express "New API" is offline for both small package quotes/shipments and LTL freight quotes/shipments. All Eniture Technology apps relying on these APIs are not operational. Worldwide Express's "Legacy" APIs remain operational.

    Resolved - 5:27 PM EDT

    The "New API" for Worldwide Express is operational again as of approximately 5:27 PM EDT. Some intermittent latency may continue to cause some occasional issues with shipping quotes being displayed as Worldwide Express's system completes a full recovery. A full recovery is expected in the next 10 to 15 minutes.

    Shopify Quoting Apps

    The apps published by Eniture Technology that provide shipping quotes during the checkout process experienced difficulty between 1:10 PM EST and 2:15 PM EST. During this time period, the Real Time Shipping Quotes app's ADMIN (Settings) pages were inaccessible. Shipping quotes on the Shopify Checkout page may not have been available for some stores. During the period, the ADMIN (Settings) pages of the apps that include the phrase "LTL Freight Quotes" or "Small Package Quotes" in their names were performing sluggishly. Shipping quotes that appear on the Shopify Checkout page from these apps were not impacted by the event.

    Resolved - The operation of all impacted Shopify apps have returned to normal operation.

All Eniture Technology products that rely on the API are affected, regardless of the e-commerce platform.

    Resolved - The Worldwide Express LTL freight legacy API performance improved substantially after 10:04 PM Eastern Time.

    Shopify Real Time Shipping Quotes

    At 4:37 PM Eastern Time, the Real Time Shipping Quotes app for Shopify began to experience extremely high database usage that may result in Shopify merchants seeing 504 errors when trying to access the app's settings or intermittent issues with shipping quotes being available to store visitors who are attempting to checkout. Eniture Technology is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.

    Resolved - The issue experienced by the Real Time Shipping Quotes app has been resolved. Over the two hours following the initial status report, there were seven cases when the app's resources were unavailable. The duration of each event was between three and seven minutes.

    Resolved - The Worldwide Express LTL freight legacy API performance improved substantially after 3:59 PM Eastern Time. Afterward, the issue was intermittent until normal performance returned at 4:20 PM Eastern Time.
