During the outage, quotes for R+L will not be presented during checkout on BigCommerce, Shopify, or WooCommerce store. FreightDesk Online Users will not be able to create shipments using R+L as the LTL Freight Provider.

  The "New API" for Worldwide Express is operational again as of approximately 5:27 PM EDT. Some intermittent latency may continue to cause some occasional issues with shipping quotes being displayed as Worldwide Express's system completes a full recovery. A full recovery is expected in the next 10 to 15 minutes.
