Shopify Real Time Shipping Quotes
At 4:37 PM Eastern Time, the Real Time Shipping Quotes app for Shopify began to experience extremely high database usage that may result in Shopify merchants seeing 504 errors when trying to access the app's settings or intermittent issues with shipping quotes being available to store visitors who are attempting to checkout. Eniture Technology is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
Resolved - The issue experienced by the Real Time Shipping Quotes app has been resolved. Over the two hours following the initial status report, there were seven cases when the app's resources were unavailable. The duration of each event was between three and seven minutes.

Worldwide Express Legacy LTL Freight API Performance
2:52 PM Eastern Time. Worldwide Express's legacy LTL freight API is experiencing significant performance issues that may result in rate estimates for LTL freight not being presented during the checkout process. All Eniture Technology products that rely on the API are affected, regardless of the e-commerce platform.
Resolved - The Worldwide Express LTL freight legacy API performance improved substantially after 3:59 PM Eastern Time. Afterward, the issue was intermittent until normal performance returned at 4:20 PM Eastern Time.

Worldwide Express Legacy API For Parcel Quotes/Shipments
At approximately 1:30 PM Eastern Time, Worldwide Express's legacy API for parcel quotes and shipments went down. All Eniture Technology products that rely on the API are affected, regardless of the e-commerce platform. Merchants connected to Worldwide Express's "New API" are not impacted.
Resolved - At approximately 4:34 PM Eastern Time, Worldwide Express's legacy API for parcel quotes and shipments returned to normal operation.

XPO Planned Maintenance
XPO (CNWY) has a planned maintenance outage from Saturday, 1/18/2025, 9:00 PM PST to Sunday, 1/19/2025, 2:00 PM PST. All of its APIs will be turned off. This planned outage will affect all transmission traffic in Test and Production environments. During the maintenance period, Eniture Technology products related to XPO will be inoperable.

Intermittent Web Services Issue
Eniture Technology's web services are experiencing an intermittent issue that makes them unavailable for a few seconds up to two minutes at a time. These events are followed by 15 to 30 minutes of normal operation. During these events, products by Eniture Technology that are intended to provide shipping quotes will not do so, and website visitors may see an error message that shipping rates are not available. The visitor's experience will depend on how the store is configured for shipping and the e-commerce platform. We are actively working to resolve the issue.
Resolved - The intermittent availability issue with Eniture Technology's web services has been resolved.

XPO API Errors
XPO is returning the following error in response to API requests for shipping quotes: "Nullable object must have a value." The cause and meaning of the error is unknown. If you are using one of Eniture Technology's products that connect to your XPO account and aren't receiving shipping quotes, please contact XPO customer support (800-755-2728). We are monitoring the API endpoint.
Resolved - The issue with the XPO API that caused the error "Nullable object must have a value." has been completely resolved. As of May 13, 2024 8:00AM EDT the only remaining Eniture Technology product still being impacted was FreightDesk Online. As of May 14, 2024 11:58 AM EDT the issue has been resolved for FreightDesk Online also, and it is operating normally.
